Tasting notes
Lively ruby red. Vinous on the nose, with floral notes and ripe red fruit, especially cherry. Fresh, well-balanced and exceptionally easy to drink on the palate.

- Vinification
- Grapes were destemmed and crushed. Maceration on the skins lasted 6 days at a maximum of 27-28°C. Malolactic fermentation completed by mid-December, followed by ageing in stainless steel.
