Enrico Serafino Zero 140

Produced from the 2004 vintage on, Zero 140 was the first Alta Langa aged to such an extreme, resting almost 12 years on the lees before its single disgorgement per vintage, which the estate calls its fullest expression of the denomination's longevity.

Tasting notes

Straw yellow with golden reflections and a fine, persistent perlage fully integrated into the wine's structure, a broad, complex, deep nose of candied fruit, honey, toasted hazelnut, vanilla and bread crust, and a complex, creamy, full-bodied, elegant palate with a vibrant texture, pleasant acidity and a long mineral finish.

Pairs well with

Good with caviar, shellfish and complex dishes.
