Enrico Serafino Cruva

A Barbera d'Asti Superiore from the Monferrato hills near Nizza Monferrato, which the estate calls a contemporary take on a traditional Barbera, built on balanced structure and soft acidity.

Tasting notes

Intense ruby red with typical violet reflections, a broad, elegant, fresh nose rich in small red fruit, violet and ripe grape with pleasant spice notes, and a fine, fresh, medium-structured palate, very well balanced, with a soft acidity and a long spiced finish.

Pairs well with

Pasta, risotto, roasts, cheese, cured meats and the local bagna cauda.
