Oudeis Rosé

By Enrico Serafino, Roero, Piemonte, Italy

Enrico Serafino Oudeis Rosé

The saignée rosé in the Oudeis range, made purely from Pinot Noir, the estate describes as a wine that wins over the drinker at first sight thanks to the delicate colour drawn from its brief maceration.

Tasting notes

Bright rosé with onion-skin nuances and a fine, persistent perlage, a broad, crisp, elegant nose of strawberry, redcurrant, wildflowers, cotton candy and bread crust, and a fruity, many-sided, dry, complex and elegant palate in perfect balance, with a long, pleasant mineral finish.

Pairs well with

Good as an aperitif, with fish and shellfish dishes, and excellent with prosciutto and salmon dishes.
