Bricco di Neive

By Enrico Serafino, Roero, Piemonte, Italy

Enrico Serafino Bricco di Neive

A single-vineyard Barbaresco from the Bricco di Neive MGA, named for the hilltop it sits on and made, the estate says, in an austere yet elegant style.

Tasting notes

Intense ruby red with garnet reflections, a broad, intense and complex nose of blackberry, liquorice, violet, tobacco, spice and dried rose with clear Nebbiolo character, and a complex, powerfully structured yet elegant palate with silky tannins and a long finish.

Pairs well with

Game, roasts, aged cheeses and white truffle dishes, also enjoyed after dinner.
