Enrico Serafino Pajena

A Barbera d'Alba the estate calls elegance made Barbera, built on a balance of acidity, body and minerality around clear, well-defined fruit.

Tasting notes

Intense ruby red with typical violet reflections, a broad, vinous nose of violet, cherry, redcurrant, plum and spice, and a surprisingly fresh, velvety, medium-to-full-bodied palate with a soft acidity rounded by oak ageing and a fine structure.

Pairs well with

Pasta, risotto, roasts, cheese and cured meats.
