Zero

Enrico Serafino Zero

Made only from Pinot Noir since the 2004 vintage, Zero was the first pas dosé ever produced under the Alta Langa DOCG and remains, in the producer's words, the wine that best represents its Alta Langa range.

Tasting notes

Pale straw yellow with a fine, persistent perlage, a broad, complex, deep nose of lime blossom, honey, ripe white fruit, citrus and bread crust, and a complex, many-sided, full-bodied, elegant and intense palate with a vibrant structure and a long mineral finish.

Pairs well with

Good as an aperitif, recommended with shellfish.
