Tovasacco

Enrico Serafino Tovasacco

A Nebbiolo d'Alba the estate calls an expression of both the grape and the sandy Roero soils it grows on around Canale.

Tasting notes

Intense ruby red with garnet reflections, an elegant, broad nose of small red fruit and floral aromas with spice and coffee notes, and a fine, elegant, medium-to-full-bodied and well-balanced palate with pleasant tannins and an appealing finish.

Pairs well with

Pasta, soup, meats, seasonal dishes and medium-aged cheeses.
