Enrico Serafino Serralunga

A communal Barolo from the Serralunga d'Alba MGA, which the estate presents as its contemporary reading of the commune's classic traits of longevity, austerity and complexity.

Tasting notes

Intense ruby red with garnet reflections, a broad, intense nose of blackberry, liquorice, tobacco, spice, coffee bean and faded rose with clear Nebbiolo character, and a full, multi-faceted, dry, structured, elegant palate with fine tannins and a long finish.

Pairs well with

Game, roasts and aged cheeses, also enjoyed after dinner.
