Enrico Serafino Sanavento

A blended-vineyard Barbaresco the estate describes as harmonious and elegant, its velvety tannins and soft acidity shaped by a careful fermentation that keeps the grape character intact.

Tasting notes

Intense ruby red with garnet reflections, a broad and pleasant nose of liquorice, tobacco, spice, leather and dried rose, and a fine, velvety, well-balanced palate with velvety tannins and a long, elegant finish.

Pairs well with

Game, roasts, aged cheeses and truffle dishes.
