A sweet sparkling wine kept from being cloying by its acid backbone, expressive and lively on the palate.
Tasting notes
Vivid red with a fine, persistent mousse. Broad and intense on the nose, with red fruit, rose petal and a typical musky note. Lively on the palate, with fruity, mineral notes returning on the finish.

- Whole bunches are gently pressed to obtain the free-run must, which ferments slowly in steel autoclaves until it develops its characteristic fine bubbles and mousse.
