San Maurizio's Asti is made from moscato grapes grown on limestone soils, its sweetness balanced by a pleasant freshness.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with golden reflections and a fine, delicate mousse. Broad and rich on the nose, with citrus and white flower notes. Sweet, creamy and fresh on the palate, intriguing and well balanced.

- Vinification
- Whole bunches are gently pressed for the free-run must, which ferments slowly in steel autoclaves to develop its characteristic fine bubbles and mousse.
