A lively, fresh, easy-drinking sparkling red, its sweetness kept in check by a light, vibrant acidity.
Tasting notes
Ruby red with purplish reflections and a fine mousse. Intense and multifaceted on the nose, with strawberry jam, dog rose, musk and aromatic herbs. Lively and enjoyable on the palate, with fruity, mineral notes on the finish.

- Whole bunches are gently pressed for the free-run must, which ferments slowly in steel autoclaves to develop its characteristic fine bubbles and mousse.
