An elegant, supple aromatic wine with unusually lively freshness. Low vineyard yields and careful Charmat-method winemaking give it surprising complexity and ageing potential.

- Made from 100% moscato bianco from the Canelli subzone, hand picked. Gentle pressing, separation of the free-run must, and alcoholic fermentation to 5.5% abv, followed by the prise de mousse in temperature-controlled autoclave.
