Tasting notes

Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, elegant and lively aromas. Fruity, citrus notes on the nose followed by mineral hints and a briny nuance. Excellent balance of freshness and acidity.

Vinification
Gentle pressing with separation of the free-run must from the skins. The grapes ferment at 15-17°C in steel to bring out their original varietal character, ageing briefly in steel before resting in bottle.
