Tasting notes
Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Fruity and floral aromas on the nose with hints of minerality. Fresh, saline and balanced on the palate, with an easy drinkability.

- Gentle pressing with separation of the free-run must from the skins. The grapes ferment at 15-17°C in steel to preserve their aromas and varietal traits.
