The most distinctive wine in Collezione '56, this Langhe Chardonnay follows a French-inspired winemaking style shaped by careful grape selection, while keeping the character of its home territory.
Tasting notes
Careful winemaking gives a bright straw yellow colour. Full and harmonious on the palate, with good body and a long finish. Ageing in tonneaux lends light smoky notes and a refined complexity that let the wine evolve and build layers over time.

- Vinification
- Grapes are hand harvested in small crates and gently pressed. After fermentation in steel at 18°C, the wine ages for about 12 months in new French oak tonneaux.
