Tasting notes
Careful winemaking gives a bright straw yellow colour. The nose shows citrus notes alongside delicate orange blossom and exotic fruit. Lively and easy-drinking on the palate.

- After pressing, the must is separated from the skins immediately, then chilled and left to settle before fermenting at controlled temperature (18-20°C). Aged in steel and rested in bottle.
