Tasting notes
Straw yellow with an abundant, silky mousse. Citrus aromas on the nose with jasmine and freshly cut grass. Fresh and easy on the palate, with balanced, never cloying aromatics.

- First fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks at 17-18°C. Spumantizzato with the Martinotti method, fermenting for about 40 days with further bottle ageing.
