Tasting notes
Delicate straw yellow with a soft mousse, delicate aromas of white-fleshed fruit and russet apple alongside light herbal notes. Well-balanced acidity on the palate, with good length.

- First fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks at 17-18°C to bring out the grapes' delicate aromas. Spumantizzato using the Martinotti method, with fermentation of over 30 days followed by several months' bottle ageing.
