This Asti spumante is made from moscato grapes grown on limestone soils, giving a sweetness balanced by a pleasant note of freshness.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with golden reflections and a fine, delicate mousse. Fresh, fruity notes with hints of wisteria, acacia and honey. Balanced sweetness and moderate alcohol, suited to many occasions.

- Vinification
- Whole bunches are gently pressed to obtain the free-run must, which then ferments slowly in steel autoclaves until it reaches its characteristic fine bubbles and mousse.
