Tasting notes
Bright rose with a fine, generous mousse. Fruity and floral aromas with hints of bread crust and small red fruit. Elegant and silky on the palate, fresh with a pleasant balance.

- First fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks at 17-18°C. Spumantizzato with the Martinotti method, fermenting for over 30 days with several months' bottle ageing.
