A sweet sparkling wine with pleasant fruity, crisp notes. Straw yellow with a fine, persistent mousse. Fresh and easy on the palate, with balanced, never cloying aromatics.

- First fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks at 17-18°C. Spumantizzato with the Martinotti method, fermenting for about 40 days with further bottle ageing.
