Tasting notes
Straw yellow with a very fine, persistent mousse. Fruity and citrus notes on the nose. Lively and delicately soft on the palate, with good acid support giving a fresh, savoury finish.

- First fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks at 17-18°C. Spumantizzato with the Martinotti method, fermenting for over 30 days with several months' bottle ageing.
