Roagna Langhe Bianco

A limited-production Langhe white of about 5,000 to 6,000 bottles a year, fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged two years in neutral oak.

Vinification
The grapes are given two manual selections before pressing. Fermentation takes place exclusively in wooden vats with a pied de cuve of indigenous yeasts and lasts about ten days; the wine then ages in a neutral oak barrel for about two years.
