Tasting notes
Appearance: red garnet. Nose: rose, violet, red currant, blueberry, raspberry, black pepper, cardamom. Palate: crisp, bright and gritty, a wine for sharing with friends
Pairs well with
Dry Italian salami, mortadella Bolognese, semi-hard cheeses, spaghetti with meatballs, lasagna Bolognese, onion rings, buffalo wings, barbecue ribs, meatloaf
