Appearance: pale straw. Nose: honeysuckle, herbs, white peach. Palate: bright, mineral, elegant and harmonious

- Vinification
- Soft pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation for 40 days, no malolactic fermentation. Aged 4 months on the lees in stainless steel. Bottled in February. About 4,000 bottles a year, 13% alcohol.
