Tasting notes
Appearance: pale yellow. Nose: jasmine, rose, white peach with mineral hints. Palate: delicate, silky sparkle, fresh, tangy and lingering

Aperitif, fish menus, Piedmontese appetisers, white truffle, pasta dishes, pan-fried vegetables, fried fish
