Tasting notes
Appearance: deep ruby with garnet hues. Nose: ripe red fruit, marasca cherry, plum, spicy notes, hints of underbrush. Palate: enveloping, harmonious and persistent, food friendly
Pairs well with
Tagliatelle Bolognese, spaghetti with meatballs, grilled meat, roast pork ribs

- Vinification
- Classic vinification with temperature-controlled fermentation and malolactic fermentation. Aged 12 months in new tonneaux. Bottled in August. About 1,700 bottles a year, 15% alcohol.
