A rosé of 100% Nebbiolo with an onion-skin colour, made with a short 8-hour maceration.
Tasting notes
Appearance: light salmon. Nose: rose, violet, raspberry, red currant. Palate: bright, mineral and elegant, with a crisp freshness that makes it easy to drink

Appetisers, beef carpaccio, steak tartare, pizza, clam chowder, tomato spaghetti, seafood pasta, vegetable pie

- Vinification
- Soft pressing, 8 hours of maceration, fermentation at 16 C for 30 days. Aged 3 months in stainless steel tanks. Bottled at the end of February. About 4,000 bottles a year, 14% alcohol.
