A limited Sauvignon Blanc of about 600 bottles, from young vines Ornella had long wanted to plant.
Tasting notes
Appearance: pale straw with green hints. Nose: herbs, basil, freshly cut hay. Palate: intense, fresh, mineral, persistent and very drinkable
Pairs well with
Small appetisers, tuna tartare, baked catfish, fried chicken, seafood risotto, vegetable pie, sushi and sashimi
