Tasting notes
Pale yellow with greenish glints when young. Intense notes of white flowers and exotic fruit, developing a pleasant smoky, dried-fruit character with bottle age. Fresh, full-bodied and harmonious on the palate.
Pairs well with
Ideal with starters, fish and shellfish.
