Gavi made from Cortese grown in the Alessandria area, described by the producer as a fresh, light wine for immediate drinking.
Tasting notes
Clear straw yellow with greenish glints when young. Intense, pleasant bouquet, reminiscent of apples and white flowers, developing fuller fruit notes with bottle age. Dry and pleasant, with a full, harmonious body.
Pairs well with
Ideal with starters, fish and shellfish.
