Barolo from the family's Cascina Canavere vineyard in the Bussia subzone of Monforte d'Alba, one of the estate's most acclaimed crus.
Tasting notes
Ruby red turning garnet red with age. Ample and persistent bouquet, flowery with hints of rose, developing complex notes of leather and tar. Dry, full-bodied, well balanced and velvety on the palate.
Pairs well with
Excellent with red meats, roasted, skewered or grilled, and especially with wild game.
