Tasting notes

Colour ranging from ruby to garnet depending on maturity. Ethereal aromas of spice and fruit preserved in spirit. Firm attack giving way to pleasant tannin.

Versatile at the table: delicate first courses such as risotto, or more elaborate red meat and game dishes; also aged or blue-veined cheeses.
