By Cantina Clavesana, Dogliani, Piemonte, Italy

Cantina Clavesana Langhe Favorita

Langhe DOC Favorita, a fresh, aromatic white made from Favorita, a biotype of Vermentino grown around Alba, the Roero and the upper Belbo valley.

Tasting notes

Straw yellow. White flowers and orchard fruit on the nose, continuing on a palate that balances acidity and softness with good freshness.

Pairs well with

Starters, fish dishes and fresh cheeses; good with cured meat boards and pinzimonio too.
