Brilliant garnet red. Dried fig and spice aromas turning to preserve with air. Elegant on the palate.

Vinification
Fermented in steel with controlled temperature, macerated on the skins for more than 15 days; aged a minimum 12 months in oak casks after full malolactic fermentation.
