By Cantina Clavesana, Dogliani, Piemonte, Italy

Cantina Clavesana Barbera d'Alba Superiore Mito

The Mito line's Barbera d'Alba Superiore, from the oldest, best-placed vines in the Alba hills.

Tasting notes

Intense ruby red. Fruity and spiced aromas: cinnamon, vanilla, green pepper. Intense, velvety on the palate, combining elegance with robustness.

Pairs well with

Agnolotti al plin, tajarin with truffle, elaborate meat dishes such as braised meat; good with aged cheeses and hearty first courses with meat and truffle.
