Cantina Clavesana Langhe Rosato

A rose made from Dolcetto grapes, fresh and floral, suited to seafood and light summer dishes.

Tasting notes

Bright salmon-pink colour. Floral and fruity nose recalling wild strawberries. Fresh, pleasant, harmonious and mineral on the palate, well-rounded with restrained alcohol.

Pairs well with

Shellfish, molluscs, oysters, seafood pasta, sushi or raw fish preparations; also a good aperitif and pairs with vegan and vegetarian cooking.

Vinification
Soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled 16°C, aged in stainless steel. Alcohol 12.5%, minimum acidity 4.5 g/l.
