An easy-drinking Barbera d'Alba DOC, fresh and approachable, fermented and aged entirely in steel.

Tasting notes

Deep ruby red, spiced on the nose with alcoholic, ethereal notes. Soft entry on the palate becoming more intense, finishing savoury and warm.

Pairs well with

Everyday Piemontese first courses with simple sauces, uncomplicated meats, and cheeses aged a short to medium time (tagliatelle or raviole).

Guyot-trained, vines 20-25 years old, density 3,800-4,200 vines/ha, yield up to 10 t/ha.
Vinification
Fermented in stainless steel fermenters with temperature control, followed by malolactic fermentation; aged in stainless steel. Alcohol 14%, minimum acidity 4.5 g/l.
