Langhe DOC Nascetta, a once-forgotten 19th-century Piemonte variety rediscovered in the late 20th century for its dry, age-worthy potential, grown by the estate in the Dogliani area.

Tasting notes

Pale straw yellow. Delicate bouquet evolving towards citrus and tropical fruit; sapid, fresh, persistent on the palate.

Pairs well with

Versatile: as an aperitif or through the meal, with cooked or raw fish and fresh to medium-aged cheeses, depending on serving temperature.
