A Langhe DOC Bianco made entirely from Viognier, a Rhône valley variety the estate has planted in the Langhe.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow. Apricot and citrus fruit on the nose with fresh white flowers. Intense, pleasant on the palate with good balance, pleasant acidity and surprising freshness and persistence.
Pairs well with
Good as an aperitif or with fish, vegetables and medium-aged cheeses; can also improve with a few years' ageing.
