Tasting notes

Straw yellow with golden reflections. Fine, persistent perlage. Bread crust, vanilla and white peach on the nose. Savoury, balanced, fine and persistent.

Pairs well with

Aperitif and whole-meal wine; raw seafood, shellfish, fish dishes, white and delicate red meats.
