Tasting notes
Intense ruby with violet reflections. Broad, fruity and floral nose of blackberry and fresh cherry, wisteria, sweet tobacco and liquorice. Full, dry, savoury and fresh in the mouth, balanced between spice, fruit and flowers.
Pairs well with
A whole-meal wine; especially filled pasta with ragù, red meats and medium-aged cheeses.
