Tasting notes
Bright red with violet reflections. Rose petals and delicate spice on the nose. Immediate, soft and fragrant palate with a pleasant fruity note and a dry, lean finish.
Pairs well with
Cured meats, Piedmontese traditional dishes, tasty first courses and light meats; also a barbecue or informal dinner with friends.
