Srej

By Roberto Sarotto, Langhe, Piemonte, Italy

Roberto Sarotto Srej

Srej takes its name from the Piedmontese dialect for the turkey-oak forest on the hill facing the winery, where this Arneis is grown.

Tasting notes

An enveloping aroma of freshly harvested tropical fruit, with notes of pineapple, mango and papaya.

Pairs well with

Egg pasta stuffed with ricotta and spinach, white meats such as lemon chicken or roast turkey, and medium-aged cheeses such as young pecorino or taleggio
