Tasting notes
Soft pink with red-gold reflections; spicy notes intertwine with ripe and preserved red fruit such as strawberry and raspberry, and a mineral hint of underbrush.
Pairs well with
As an aperitif, or with white meats such as lemon chicken or roast turkey, and fine cheeses such as aged pecorino or toma Piemontese
