Tasting notes
Pale pink, with fruity and floral notes that blend with more evolved scents, combining vivacity and depth.
Pairs well with
Finger food such as smoked fish rolls or canapés with fresh cheese and crispy vegetables, delicate pasta dishes such as seafood risotto or pasta with shrimp and cherry tomatoes
