Roberto Sarotto Audace

A Barolo from Nebbiolo grown in the Bergera-Pezzole vineyards of Novello.

Tasting notes

Seductive and complex on the nose; dense, velvety yet vigorous on the palate, with notes of wood and almonds and firm, well-balanced tannins.

Pairs well with

Braised meats and game, roasted dishes such as pork arista or Florentine steak, or blue cheeses such as gorgonzola or roquefort
