Red
Séiro
By Roberto Sarotto, Langhe, Piemonte, Italy
Named for the star Sirius, this Pinot Nero is vinified in two separate ways before being blended.
Tasting notes
Elegant ruby red with a complex nose of red fruit, flowers and dark notes of blackberry and cocoa; on the palate it balances freshness and structure.
Pairs well with
Roasted white meats, duck, delicate cured meats or mushroom dishes, soft cheeses or stuffed pasta
